Brian Burke Band

On more than one occasion I have been approached at a Red Dirt show and asked if I was Brian Burke?  Having no idea who Brian Burke was, I just assumed that this was a coincidence and merely a result of a fan's significant consumption of adult beverages combined with a poorly lit venue.  

So after seeing his name appear on several Red Dirt Music websites as an up-and-coming artist in Texas, I thought I would give it a listen.  Besides, maybe I could use the identity confusion to my advantage?

I picked up the Brian Burke Band 2010 studio album titled UNRAVELED and popped it in the CD player for a listen.  As it turns out, BB released a self-titled EP in 2009, but for what it's worth he's a newcomer on the scene.
